Black & Sigi is one of our regular clients. Always looking for ways of doing things differently, with each project we explore ways of using clever and engaging graphic design to promote their products and workshops. Working with their marketing team, we come up with concepts and ideas, putting customer experience and engagement at the forefront of each project. The brand is able to capture the viewer's attention, as well as increase brand awareness, recall and encourage word of mouth, resulting in growth.
Paying attention to every detail in the customer experience, we designed marketing collateral, from gift cards, thank-you/care instruction cards to designing an engaging Enigma postcard and a storytelling lookbook - The Immortal. To maximise the content we created for print, we also adapted it for digital and online marketing and on/offline advertising.
We were asked to design and produce an interactive and engaging postcard for the Enigma collection. As each colour represents a letter of the alphabet, we created a space for a code to be “broken”. That way a customer can send a bespoke piece of jewellery from this collection to their friend or a family member who will be able to “break the code” by following the colour chart. It can be a word or name which makes it unique to its recipient. The leaflet was printed on A6 300gsm bond paper to give it a sophisticated and luxurious finish and look.
Gift cards can be one of the most effective marketing tools, if used in the right way. We approached the design from practical and functional angle, giving the marketing team the flexibility to adjust the discount offer to their different audience groups and marketing campaigns. The cards were printed on high quality 300gms paper.
We are currently giving a Black & Sigi website a new look. Focusing on mobile-first design and visitors engagement, our primary concern is delivering a clean and on-brand design with high quality, storytelling visuals that the customer can relate to. Simple and user-friendly navigation throughout the website is also very important, paying attention to every detail and experience visitors will receive.
