For website design and management subscriptions - When you place the subscription order with us, you'll get an initial email covering the content requirements and image specifications we need to develop your website.
We open a Google Drive or Dropbox folder where you can upload and share content with us. As soon as we get the content, we will start working on your new website. We will work with you and provide advice in terms of the brand story as part of the service.
When you review the website and tell us that you are happy to switch the LIVE button we publish it and make it visible in search engines using instant indexing and other latest SEO features immediately.
For WordPres website management - After your purchase our subscription, we will migrate your website, all its content and data. Your website will be hosted on our green hosting platform. Then we check and, if necessary, improve your website's speed and performance, we also look at SEO, security and privacy. We will give recommendations on any improvements which we feel will help your business. If you want us to upload, change or update content, we will do so within the set timeline. After the initial work is done on your website we schedule monthly calls and manage your website accordingly.
Our subscription options include a website design and management of WordPress. Ecommerce subscription includes WooCommerce with WooPay, Paypal, Stripe options as well as ApplePay and Google Pay. Klarna set-up and other payment gateway services are optional and charged separately. If you have a Shopify or Squarespace website, please get in touch with us. We have experience with these builders too.

Our monthly subscription includes email address set up and hosting. We limit the number of email addresses to 2 per website. Should you need more email addresses, please get in touch with us.

For new websites or upgrades - It depends on how quickly you provide us with the content the website needs. Once we receive your logo, icon, imagery and texts (which we will guide you through), we then start working on your website and complete it within the agreed timeline.
For migrated websites - This process is much faster than the above. Part of the migration service we do several checks and testing. We will work with you and advise when your website will go live.
We will send you a brief summary of your website's performance and monthly SEO and conversion rate reports.
The monthly subscriptions don't include the cost of new plugins. Should you wish to enhance a user experience and website functionality, we ask you to purchase the recommended plugin and give you a quote for installation, configuration and set up.
In rare cases when a theme or plugins are no longer supported by their developers, we will review the situation and offer an alternative solution. New plugins or a theme are quoted separately alongside an installation, configuration and set up fee.
When you have your website designed and built with us, we give you a list of plugins that need to be purchased so there are no surprises the following year. However, our retainers include the initial 12 months of plugin licenses which then have to be renewed annually. Any new plugins installed and maintained are renewed annually and we will give you the prices before we install them.
Yes, you can. We can migrate all data and content from other platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify or WordPress.
