Tested, not assumed

Testing and Quality Engineering

Audits, regression testing and AI Quality Engineering that make release decisions rest on evidence, not hope.

Who it is for

Where this work fits.

Quality engineering is the part of digital work most people only notice when it is missing. A checkout that fails on one browser. A search that returns the wrong thing. An AI assistant that answers confidently and wrongly. We build and run our own platform, House of Estila, and our own AI product, Ask Estila, so we test the way we would want our own work tested. That means Playwright regression suites that run before releases, structured audits that say plainly what needs fixing, and AI testing that checks guardrails, tool calls and fallbacks rather than trusting the demo. We report what we find in plain language and put the evidence next to it.

  • Interiors, design-led and product businesses whose website or shop has become too important to change without checks.
  • Teams launching or replatforming an ecommerce site who want a release they can trust.
  • Businesses adding AI assistants, search or recommendations to a customer-facing product.
  • Founders and managers who want an honest, structured view of where their digital estate stands.

What changes

What this work is for.

Described in plain terms. We do not promise commercial results.

Releases go out with a regression suite behind them, not a quick click-through.

Checkout, catalogue and enquiry journeys are checked on the browsers and devices customers actually use.

AI features are tested for wrong answers, unsafe recommendations and failed tool calls before customers meet them.

Findings arrive as a clear, prioritised list with evidence, so decisions are easier to make.

Quality work leaves something behind: tests, checks and documentation your team can keep running.
